FRP Septic Tank

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) septic tanks are modern, lightweight, and highly durable alternatives to traditional concrete or steel tanks. They are manufactured from a composite of glass fibers and synthetic resins (such as polyester or epoxy), making them inherently resistant to corrosion, rust, and chemical erosion common in wastewater environments.

• Corrosion Resistance: Unlike concrete, which can degrade over time due to sewer gases like hydrogen sulfide, FRP is virtually immune to such corrosion, offering a service life of 30 to 50 years.
• Lightweight & Easy Installation: These tanks are approximately 80–90% lighter than concrete, which significantly reduces transportation costs and allows for faster installation using smaller equipment. Many can be installed in a single day.
• Leak-Proof Design: Typically manufactured as a single-piece seamless unit, they prevent groundwater contamination from sewage leakage and also prevent external groundwater from infiltrating the tank.
• High Strength: Despite being lightweight, the ribbed or cylindrical designs provide excellent structural integrity to withstand soil pressure when buried
